Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at skinnote.com without creating an account. 

However, register an account allows you to enjoy the following benefits:

   - Track your orders and review past purchases

   - Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

   -  Earn rewards point and save more 

 

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation for more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

 

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

 

What payment methods does SKIN NOTE accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal, WeChat, and Alipay.

First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

 

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

Does SKIN NOTE ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

If you have registered an account with us, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting “My Account” to see your Order Status.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

We make returns and exchange easy, for more information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

 

Why are some items marked as final sale?

During our sale clearance, products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to fragrance, nail polish and aerosols due to transport restrictions.

 

If I redeemed Rewards Points to purchase the item I am returning, will I get my points back?

Yes, of course-you earned them! If you redeemed your rewards points to buy an item and end up returning that item, those points will be immediately added back to your Rewards balance.

If you purchased multiple items in a transaction and you are only returning one of the items, you will have the proportionate number of the points added back to your Rewards balance.

 

I made a purchase with a single-use coupon, but then later returned my purchase. Can I get that coupon back so I can use it again?

Unfortunately, we are unable to return the coupon code you used for your original purchase.

 

If I return a product with a gift receipt, can I get the money back?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you cash. However, if you return a product accompanied by a gift receipt, you can either exchange the product (See Returns and Exchanges Policy), or we can issue you in-store credit.
